Date Night
Rick and I had a date night Saturday at the Hyatt Resort in Scottsdale. We enjoyed a wonderful Italian meal complete with a gondola ride after dinner. Thanks Dede and Sam for keeping Porter!

Little Miss Dupere
We took a little peek at the baby today in school and confirmed that it is a girl! Here is a picture of our little acrobat curled into a ball. Her spine is the white lines toward the bottom. Her head is toward the left of the picture, her abdomen is to the right of her head and her legs are above the abdomen and head. She also has one hand up on her head. She was busy moving and kicking the whole time we scanned her.

Baby Girl? Dupere
One of the advantages of being in ultrasound school while you are pregnant is you get to peek at baby from time to time. While GG was here Rick brought her to my school so she could have a look at her new grandbaby. One of my teachers scanned me and is about 95% sure we are having a girl! Here are a couple of pictures from the scan.
Baby Car
I've started moving all of the baby stuff out of the room that will become Porter's big boy room. Porter discovered that many of the baby things are currently in the guest room and he hopped right in the walker to play!
Snowboots!
Porter found his snowboots in his closet yesterday and decided to wear them around the house. At least he's getting more use out of them...

Porter has wheels!
GG decided to get Porter's bday present from her and Grandpa Ted a little early this year so he could enjoy it before the summer heat sets in. P now has a big boy bike! He hasn't quite mastered the pedals yet, but a little more practice and he will be riding free! Thanks GG and Grandpa!!!!
A Wonderful Easter!
GG, Porter and I were lucky enough to spend Easter Brunch at Daddy's work this year. We were able to steal a little of Daddy's time, enjoy the petting zoo, eat some amazing food, and finish off our visit with an Easter Egg hunt. What a great day! p.s. Chef Rick assures me that he washed his hands after taking P in the petting zoo!
