4th of July Fun

We spent the 4th of July at Uncle Ben and Aunt Chanda's house surrounded by family.  It was so much fun for me to watch my kids experience my favorite holiday in Nebraska.  

Pops was responsible for helping to care for Paisley's new baby that Aunt Chanda and Uncle Ben gave her for an early bday gift.

It was starting to get dark before Paisley finally agreed to change into her patriotic outfit!

Mason may have a future in pyrotechnics as he very carefully helped with the fireworks

Paisley has a very special relationship with her Uncle Ben.  She loves to tease him.  She refused to give him knuckles all day and then all of a sudden was ready to do it.

Columbus Waterpark

GG took us to the waterpark in Columbus during our July stay.  Despite the freezing cold water, we had a great time playing.  Porter is hoping by next summer he will be tall enough to ride the big slides.
